By submitting a Top Listing request, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. All Top Listing submissions are subject to editorial review to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the Business News audience. Business News reserves the right to edit, format, or decline any submission that does not meet its listing standards or conflicts with applicable laws, regulations, or professional publishing guidelines. The Top Listing service is informational in nature and does not guarantee rankings, performance outcomes, leads, or editorial coverage beyond the listing itself. Upon submission of a Top Listing request, all fees are non-refundable. If a client requests cancellation after submission, an administrative charge of USD 100 will apply to cover processing and operational costs. Clients confirm that all submitted information is accurate, up to date, and that they have the legal right to represent the listed company and its services. This includes authorization to use the company name, trademarks, logos, descriptions, and any other materials provided. Business News may update, remove, or discontinue listings at its discretion.
