Emirati women contribute to the UAE’s transition to a more sustainable future  

Dubai Business News: Zainab Alsaffar, Executive Director of Human Capital at Provis Estate Management said, “Emirati women have significantly contributed to our country’s unprecedented transition to a more sustainable and promising future, earning global acclaim and demonstrating perseverance and hard work towards our nation’s advancement and growth – all in line with the efforts of the UAE’s wise leadership to promote gender equality.”

She added, “Today, Emirati women are our country’s backbone and an essential part of its current success as well as its long-term vision, having made the UAE proud through outstanding achievements in a variety of fields since the country’s inception, while remaining rooted in its early traditions and culture. Emirati women now make up 46% of the UAE workforce, 30% of the country’s leadership roles, and 66% of government jobs, demonstrating the leadership’s belief in women’s abilities to achieve the country’s aspirations.”

“Emirati Women’s Day recognises outstanding contributions in all fields that have shaped our society and the UAE’s long-term development, and Provis has been actively involved in the hiring and development of the next generation of Emirati female leaders, paving the way for them to achieve greater success,” concluded Alsaffar.
