IPS 2026 Opens Today in Dubai as Leading Developers Showcase New Projects and Exclusive Property Offers

Dubai – 7 September 2026: The International Property Show (IPS) 2026 opened today at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together leading real estate developers, investors, brokers and industry professionals for three days of property showcases, investment discussions and deal-making opportunities.

Running from 7 to 9 September 2026, the 22nd edition of IPS is being held in strategic partnership with the Dubai Land Department and is positioned as one of the region’s leading platforms for connecting property developers with local and international investors.

This year’s exhibition is drawing significant attention from buyers and investors looking to explore new residential, commercial and mixed-use opportunities across Dubai and other international markets.

Among the leading developers participating are Binghatti, Danube Properties, Azizi Properties, SanZen and Union Properties, alongside a broad range of other major real estate companies. The developers are using the event to showcase flagship projects, new launches and investment opportunities across some of Dubai’s most active property markets.

The exhibition is also providing buyers with access to special payment plans, promotional packages and limited-time incentives introduced specifically for the event. Danube Properties, for example, is promoting a special IPS payment offer that includes flexible instalment arrangements and post-handover payment options on eligible properties.

Beyond project launches and sales offers, IPS 2026 is designed as a broader real estate investment marketplace. Its programme covers five main pillars: Real Estate, Future Cities, Startups & PropTech, Design and Services, reflecting the changing nature of the property industry and the growing influence of technology, sustainability and smart urban development.

The event also gives investors the opportunity to compare projects, locations, payment structures and investment strategies in one place, while developers can engage directly with potential buyers and institutional investors.

Dubai’s real estate market remains central to the event, with developers highlighting projects that respond to continued demand for lifestyle-led communities, branded residences, waterfront developments and properties offering flexible ownership structures.

IPS 2026 is expected to attract a substantial international audience throughout its three days. The previous edition recorded more than 30,000 visitors from 153 countries, demonstrating the exhibition’s growing global reach.

As the show gets underway, the focus is firmly on new projects, investor incentives and direct deal-making, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a major global destination for real estate investment and development.
