Blockmaze Earns Guinness World Records™ Recognition for Regulatory Excellence in Blockchain

Dubai, UAE – July 16, 2026: Blockmaze has secured a Guinness World Records™ title for achieving the highest number of financial regulatory licences at the launch of a blockchain ecosystem, reinforcing the UAE’s growing position as a global centre for blockchain, tokenisation, and Web3 innovation.

The recognition was welcomed by H.E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, who said the achievement further strengthens the country’s leadership in digital finance and reflects its commitment to fostering innovation through progressive regulation.

The Guinness World Records™ certificate was presented during an official ceremony attended by Dr. Al Zeyoudi, Guinness World Records officials, senior executives from Finvasia Group and Blockmaze, investors, regulators, and industry leaders.

The award was received by Mr. Tajinder Virk, Co-Founder and CEO of Finvasia Group and Blockmaze, Mr. Sarvjeet Virk, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Finvasia Group, and Mr. Puneet Mangla, Co-Founder and COO of Blockmaze.

According to Blockmaze, the platform has built one of the world’s most comprehensive regulated blockchain ecosystems by integrating multiple regulatory approvals, compliance frameworks, payment infrastructure, custody services, and tokenisation capabilities into a single platform. The company believes this approach bridges the gap between traditional finance and Web3 by enabling legally recognised, tokenised real-world assets to move securely across regulated markets.

Tajinder Virk said the recognition represents a major milestone for the global blockchain industry, noting that successful tokenisation requires much more than blockchain technology. He stressed that trust, legal ownership, regulatory compliance, financial infrastructure, and institutional governance are essential to creating digital assets that can be confidently traded and accepted worldwide.

Guinness World Records™ confirmed that Blockmaze established a new world record for the “Most Financial Regulatory Licences at a Blockchain Ecosystem Launch”, following verification of 11 qualifying financial regulatory licences held across the ecosystem at launch.

The achievement aligns closely with the UAE’s broader strategy to accelerate the adoption of tokenisation, allowing assets such as real estate, gold, private credit, and other investment products to be represented digitally on blockchain infrastructure.

Blockmaze aims to support financial institutions, exchanges, brokers, and asset issuers by providing an end-to-end infrastructure covering token issuance, custody, compliance, payments, liquidity, and trading services. The company believes regulated tokenisation will play a central role in the future of global capital markets as traditional financial assets increasingly migrate onto blockchain networks.

Industry forecasts cited by the company suggest that tokenised assets could exceed US$2 trillion by 2030, while the broader global investable asset market represents an opportunity valued at more than US$600 trillion, highlighting the significant long-term potential of regulated digital finance.
