Sharjah, UAE – 7 July 2026 – The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has launched a new digital platform designed to provide businesses, investors and Chamber members with faster access to a comprehensive range of electronic services, business support programmes and economic information through a single online gateway.
The launch forms part of the Chamber’s digital transformation strategy aimed at improving customer experience, enhancing service efficiency and expanding digital access to business services.
Featuring a modern, user-friendly interface, the new platform enables users to complete a wide range of online transactions, including membership services, certificates of origin, attestations, document verification, legal services, venue bookings and service fee calculations. The website also provides clear guidance on service requirements, procedures and supporting documentation.
In addition, the platform brings together the Chamber’s initiatives, affiliated institutions, business directory, knowledge centre, publications and latest news within a single integrated digital ecosystem, allowing investors, entrepreneurs and companies to quickly access business information and opportunities.
The website also highlights key programmes supporting private sector growth, including the Sharjah Exports Development Center, Tijarah 101 Center, Business Councils, Sectoral Business Groups and the Sharjah Excellence Award.
H.E. Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, said the platform is part of a broader strategy to strengthen digital services and improve engagement with the business community.
He noted that the new platform enhances service delivery, supports informed business decision-making through improved access to economic information, and helps private sector companies expand into new markets while strengthening Sharjah’s competitiveness as a leading investment destination.
The platform also provides dedicated sections for the Chamber’s affiliated entities, including Expo Centre Sharjah and the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre (Tahkeem), offering users direct access to their services and business support programmes.
Its Knowledge Centre features international agreements, open economic data, partner information and a searchable business directory, enabling companies and investors to access valuable market intelligence and identify business opportunities across multiple sectors.
Abdul Aziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director-General for Communication and Business Sector at SCCI, said the website has been redesigned to simplify the customer journey by providing faster navigation, clearer content and integrated digital tools that enable users to complete transactions, verify documents and submit customer feedback online.
The platform also includes a Media Center showcasing the Chamber’s latest news, events and publications, together with interactive tools such as the Customer Satisfaction Survey, Your Opinion and the Happiness Meter, supporting the Chamber’s commitment to continuously improving its digital services based on user feedback.
According to SCCI, the new website creates a unified digital gateway that brings together services, business information and strategic initiatives, further reinforcing Sharjah’s position as one of the region’s leading destinations for business, trade and investment.
