Dubai, UAE – 16 November 2024: Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is gearing up for its grandest edition yet, celebrating its 30th anniversary from 6 December 2024 to 12 January 2025. A special preview event at the Theatre of Digital Arts (TODA) offered a first glimpse of the citywide extravaganza, packed with immersive experiences and innovative attractions, promising 38 days of unforgettable moments for all.
The highlight of the event was Dubai’s first-ever indoor drone show, where 50 drones created a stunning aerial spectacle blending cutting-edge technology with captivating storytelling. Organized by AO Drones, this performance teased the twice-daily drone shows during DSF, featuring 1,000 drones lighting up the skies with dazzling displays.
The preview also unveiled the return of Dubai Lights, transforming iconic city destinations into enchanting light districts, and introduced the inaugural DSF Auto Season, featuring diverse automotive experiences from 1 to 12 January 2025. Attendees explored exclusive activations, including skincare brand Drunk Elephant, while Alsayegh presented a custom light installation previewing the festival’s unique artistic attractions.
To enhance visitor experiences, the event launched the DSF Map, an interactive online guide to navigate the festival’s countless offerings, including shopping deals, fireworks, concerts, and raffles. Designed for seamless exploration, the tool promises to make this landmark edition accessible to everyone.
Supported by key sponsors such as Visa and Dubai Islamic Bank, alongside partners like Al Futtaim Malls, Emirates Airline, and talabat, DSF 2024 aims to deliver a citywide celebration unlike any other. Featuring unforgettable entertainment, world-class gastronomy, and incredible prizes, the 30th edition of DSF solidifies Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for culture, shopping, and innovation.
