Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 7 November 2024: Leading Japanese design firm Nikken Sekkei unveils its iconic Middle East projects at Cityscape Global in Riyadh, showcasing One Za’abeel, Tadawul Tower, and Dubai Harbour Residences.
Since the 1980s, Nikken Sekkei has been a pioneer in architecture, engineering, and urban design across the Middle East, with projects that emphasize sustainability and elevated living experiences.

- Tadawul Tower, Riyadh: LEED Gold-certified, symbolizing Vision 2030. It features eco-friendly design and Islamic-inspired architecture, creating a modern, light-filled workspace.
- Dubai Harbour Residences: Luxury seafront apartments with panoramic views of Dubai’s urban and coastal landscapes, offering a serene blend of urban luxury and natural elegance.
