Dubai, UAE – 2 November 2024: His Excellency Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, led a delegation from the UAE at the 53rd meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council’s (GCC) Industrial Cooperation Committee in Qatar. This pivotal gathering reflects the UAE’s ongoing commitment to strengthening ties with GCC member states and advancing sustainable economic integration across the region.
The meeting saw the participation of prominent officials, including His Excellency Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, and His Excellency Omar Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT). They discussed significant initiatives related to GCC Industrial Cooperation, including the establishment of standards to define Gulf products and a comprehensive whitepaper on industrial integration among member nations.
