Dubai, UAE – 30 September 2024: OMNIYAT, Dubai’s visionary developer, announced the launch of its latest luxury project, The Alba, at the Monaco Yacht Show. Valued at AED 7 billion ($1.9 billion), the project is set on Dubai’s iconic coastline. The launch event, held on 26 September, included a signing ceremony between OMNIYAT’s Founder & Executive Chairman, Mahdi Amjad, and Dorchester Collection’s President, Christopher Cowdray.
The Alba, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, represents a unique blend of nature, cutting-edge architecture, and waterfront luxury. The residences, operated by Dorchester Collection, offer private pools, jacuzzis, and expansive terraces with panoramic views of Dubai Marina, Burj Khalifa, and Burj Al Arab.
Mahdi Amjad described The Alba as a reimagining of luxury living in Dubai, offering an unparalleled residential experience inspired by Zaha Hadid’s innovative design philosophy. Cowdray highlighted that each space within The Alba will serve as a sanctuary of serenity in Dubai’s vibrant setting, combined with Dorchester’s impeccable service.
The project features a wellness-focused environment, including a wellness centre operated by a renowned global brand. The landscaping, designed by award-winning architect Vladimir Djurovic, integrates natural elements like waterfalls and tropical gardens, enhancing the living experience.
The Alba marks OMNIYAT’s latest milestone in shaping Dubai’s luxury real estate market and will become the second Dorchester Collection hotel in the Middle East after The Lana.
