The Valentine’s Day experience kicks off with a curated selection of starters presented in a ‘sharing platter’ style. The exquisite array includes the Smoked Duck Burrata Salad, Tuna and Salmon Nigiri, Oyster, Crispy Rolls with Ebi Tempura, avocado, cucumber, and wasabi mayo, and the Spring Sake Roll with smoked salmon, cream cheese, asparagus, and smoked mayo.
