Dubai, UAE, Business News: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) organised a graduation ceremony of DEWA’s Executive Coaching Programme at the Innovation Tent at its headquarters. This is part of its strategy to apply the best corporate agility mechanisms in its different divisions. DEWA launched this programme to build capacities and training skills among its staff and consolidate their knowledge of the latest scientific approaches in this area. The programme includes a series of workshops and sessions specialising in different training areas for six months. Twenty employees attended, including corporate agility ambassadors and senior managers at DEWA.
HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, said that the DEWA Executive Coaching Programme aligns with its programmes and projects to empower employees and provide them with tools and skills to become the next generation of experts and leaders in corporate agility, keeping pace with Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and benefiting from disruptive technologies. This helps them become leaders in the electricity and water sectors.

This will also make them aware of the latest developments in their work areas. DEWA has received several accreditations which enable it to provide certificates as an official training centre,” added Al Tayer.
Participants praised DEWA’s efforts to provide a motivating work environment that develops their skills, innovation and creativity. It also helps them adopt innovation as a solid corporate culture and daily work practice.
