UAE, Business News: His Excellency Eng. Awaidha Murshed Al Marar, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy (DoE), asserted that Zayed Humanitarian Work Day is an opportunity to boost charity efforts and support people to advance and drive community development.
“The values and efforts of our Founding Father the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan have become an illustrious milestone in the UAE’s history, setting an example in supporting people around the world and putting their interests at the forefront of its priorities,” H.E. added. “And today, we can see that Zayed’s mission lives on in the efforts of our wise leadership, who has followed the same path and is doing everything it can to improve people’s lives.”
“The UAE’s charitable efforts are not limited to providing support and aid, but aim much higher, and strive to upskill and empower individuals to play a bigger part in advancing their societies, and thus helping those communities spearhead development efforts and drive them forward,” H.E. Al Marar concluded.
