Dubai, Business News: Al-Futtaim Group, the leading employer of choice for Emiratis in the private sector, has participated in the Ru’ya – Careers UAE redefined! fair, which took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre this month. Building on the framework of the group’s local talent development programme SINYAR and as part of its commitment to supporting the UAE government’s Emiratisation strategy, Al-Futtaim’s participation was an astounding success.

As a pioneering participant in the exhibition, which featured workshops, leader speaker line-up and more, Al-Futtaim introduced its Emiratisation platform SINYAR to UAE nationals. Bolstering its position as a key supporter of UAE nationals’ journey to becoming a part of a skilled, future-ready workforce, the group contributes to the country’s knowledge-based national economy as it empowers talent through career development and upskilling initiatives.
